flat quality leveling, precision slitting, close tolerance
sheet blanking, strip quality edge conditioning, precision
shearing and complete cold reducing capabilities.

SLITTERS: Our Loopco and Stamco precision slitters
can slit material up to 52 inches wide, and run approximately
1000 FPM. It can slit up to 31 cuts at a time and keep
within .002 to .003 width tolerance. Gauge control in
monitored by gamma ray scanner. The operator can track
thickness through out the entire coil. It also features
an auto edge, dual injector shimless slitting arbors.

COLD
REDUCTION MILLS: With cold reduction mills on the
premises, we manufacture strip quality material with thickness
tolerances to plus or minus .0005 on carbon and stainless
steels in any of the commercially available tempers and
finishes. Our in-house cold reduction mills enables us
to offer strip quality capabilities in close tolerance
of thickness, temper and finish. Material is moved quickly
from our slitters to shipping via our state-of-the-art
banding lines.

LEVELERS:
Herr-Voss cut to length levelers that can level material
from 4 inches - 48 inches wide and will accept material
as light as 30 gauge and as heavy as 10 gauge. It can
level all types of material to length as short as 24 inches
and as long as 128 inches allowing us to supply panel
flat cut material.

EDGERS: Our Tishken edgers can produce your desired finish
edge of either a contoured, round or square edge, in a continuous
coil
or full cut length strips. |

SHEARS: Shears are used to cut a wide variety of lengths from sheet
stock to meet the ever changing and always varying needs
of the customer. We can shear a variety of gauges and widths
to meet customer's specifications. |
